Olivier’s practice focuses on competition and distribution law, public business law and lobbying. In this capacity, he assists his clients, who are active in the marine, biotechnology and retail industries, with matters relating to state aid, merger notification and franchise agreements. He also advises on all issues of compliance with regulatory law. Olivier has been elected as a Member of the French National Assembly, as well as Mayor of a town of 60,000 inhabitants. Olivier is a Knight in the Order of the Legion of Honour.

Olivier is bilingual in French and English.

About

Olivier holds a Master’s degree in private law from the University of Paris V René Descartes. He completed his studies in the United States where he obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in international law from Washington College of Law (The American University). Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1989, Olivier has successively practiced with Landwell (now PWC Legal), Taylor Wessing, Nixon Peabody, Stephenson Harwood before founding Harbour Avocats in 2016.
