Under the Presidency of Senators Jérôme Bignon and Michel Vaspart, the Forum Territoires & Industries de la Mer et du fleuve, chaired by Olivier de Chazeaux (Harbour Avocats) organised on 12 July 2018 at the Senate restaurant a new breakfast debate session around the theme “The Comité France Maritime, a public-private initiative, one year on, what is the assessment?”. The exchanges between the parliamentarians present and the audience were preceded by a presentation by Eric Banel, General Secretariat for the Sea, and Frédéric Moncany de Saint-Aignan, President of the French Maritime Cluster.
