Julia advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, legal risk management and corporate projects, especially at international level. She offers local support involving a wide range of corporate functions within client companies operating in finance, energy, distribution and real estate. Her client base includes international groups, mid-caps and SMEs.
Julia is trilingual French-Russian-English.
Holder of a double degree from the Paris Business School (ESCP) and the University of Paris II Assas with a specialization in financial, legal and tax engineering, admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004, member of the Rennes Bar since 2024, Julia has practiced at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and the Les Mousquetaires retail group. For almost 8 years, Julia practiced in Moscow.
