Sandra specialises in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She advises founders, managers, investment funds and family offices on growth transactions, LBOs and various types of bond financing. She also assists founders and venture capital funds in their fundraising operations. Sandra has gained a reputation in structuring investments in areas with strong regulatory constraints such as healthcare, and also advises companies on their obligations under the CSRD Directive, including on good corporate governance practices.
Sandra is bilingual in French and English.
Sandra holds a double master’s degree in business law and judicial careers from the University of Paris Panthéon Assas, a DESS in corporate taxation from the University of Paris Dauphine and a DEA in business law from the University of Paris Nanterre. She has been a member of the Paris bar since 1996 and has practiced in prestigious French and international law firms such as Granrut, Hughes Hubbard & Reed, Marvell and Aklea, before creating her own structure in 2020 and joining Harbour Avocats.
