Caroline assists her clients in their M&A transactions, as well as in restructuring operations, in the context of procedures for the prevention or judicial treatment of company difficulties. Caroline also acts in business litigation, with a strong practice in shareholder disputes and complex M&A litigation.

Caroline is bilingual in French and English.

About

Caroline holds a Master’s degree in business law from Paris Nanterre and a postgraduate degree in business law from Paris Saclay. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2004 and has successively practised with renowned French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, such as Dubarry Le Douarin Veil or DLA Piper (Restructuring department). She also built up legal expertise in European banking resolution by working with the ACPR, before creating her own structure in 2019 and joining Harbour Avocats.
