Anne advises and litigates in the fields of digital economy, information technology and personal data protection. In this capacity, she assists her clients, IT suppliers/users, from all sectors, in the structuring and negotiation of their commercial contracts, including IP and distribution/consumer law aspects, the securing of their assets in these areas, issues related to social networks/collaborative platforms and intermediation, as well as those induced by the GDPR compliance.
Anne is bilingual in French and English.
Anne holds a Master’s degree in business law and a postgraduate degree in high technology company law from the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1998 and has successively worked in the Entertainment, Media and Communication department at Landwell, the intellectual Property and information Technology department at Taylor Wessing and the information Technology Transactions department at Nixon Peabody. Anne created her own firm in 2013 and is a founding member of Harbour Avocats.
